Invitation Letters

If you require an official invitation letter from the WONCA World conference to support your visa application, please contact us at woncaworld2025@guarant.cz.
In your email, please include the following information:

• Your full name
• Your nationality
• Your passport number
• Your affiliation (if applicable)

We will be happy to provide you with an invitation letter once your registration is confirmed.

Please note that the invitation letter issuing process may take up to 10 days.

Scientific Committee Confirmation (if applicable)

Some visa applications may require confirmation from the scientific committee regarding your participation in the conference.
If you require such confirmation, please note this in your email request for an invitation letter.
We will reach out to the scientific committee on your behalf.

• Issuing an invitation letter or contacting the scientific committee does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa.
